The Agile Community has been reaching into the traditional change community to figure out how to make large scale transformations work. At the same time, the traditional change community has been reaching into the Agile community to figure out how to modernize their practices. The Agile community has largely taken a principles based approach, while the traditional change community has largely taken a process based approach.
In this session we’ll explore how we can combine ideas from Agile, Lean Startup, Lean and traditional change, and organizational development practices to figure out how best to move our organizations forward in an age where linear thinking, and outdated process models are no longer relevant.
