We recently sponsored, and helped facilitate, a Design Thinking session at Communitech. While it wasn’t an ‘Agile’ event, we realized that much of what we do as ‘Agile Coaches’ aligns with the philosophy of Design Thinking.
Sometimes our clients simply need help solving problems in a creative way. That could mean figuring out how to bring a new product to market, or it could mean getting a cross-functional group together for a week to come up with 10 options for a new business challenge.
We want to share how we approach creative problem solving because if your organization can learn how to solve problems in a creative way, you can accomplish anything!
