Starting from the premise that organizations that adapt to change will thrive while those that don’t will die, Jason Little has taken an eclectic approach to change, borrowing from models as needed to address the challenges that emerge in the change process. Underlying Jason’s work, however, is a passion for change, and application of the “Agile” principles developed for software development to general change management efforts.
