DESCRIPTION

This year’s spring Coach Retreat will follow a similar format to last October’s retreat. We will have a special guest in the morning, followed by an education track to learn new techniques and skills, leaving the afternoon to practice, practice, practice.

This session’s special guest will be Christopher Avery (www.christopheravery.com). Christopher will present the Responsibility Process and how we can use it in our coaching work with clients.

The education tracks will be facilitated by Shahin Sheidaei, Omar Bermudez and Mike Kaufman. Here is where we learn something new and useful. In the afternoon, we will self-organize into triads and practice coaching. This gives us an opportunity to try the new techniques we learned in the morning. We can also polish our coaching skills by practicing the Simple Coaching Model. Or just get more experience with the practice of coaching. This is your place to practice in a safe space, so do what you need to better your skills.

The past retreats sold out in just a few weeks, so be sure to get your ticket now!

Doors open at 8:00am, the event will start at 9:00am. Lunch will be provided as well as snacks, water, tea and coffee throughout the day.

There is usually an informal ‘after party’ (or just simply dinner & drinks) after we close the space (and cleanup). You are more than welcome to join us! Location is always determined spur of the moment, but for those who like to plan, expect *something* to happen afterwards.

Registration – $75
