Abstract: There’s over a decade of data from Version One that shows why organizations are struggling with Agile and there’s just as much data from the traditional change world about why change is hard.
I could spout a bunch of culture and mindset nonsense that tantamount to peddling a bunch of easy answers, but Google already has those easy answers.
Our organizations evolve according to the same laws that govern how our societies evolve whether we like it or not so let’s drop the buzzwords, put our personal beliefs aside and figure out how to implement the only method that works: The Conversation Method(TM)
